Which AREN’T you doing? There’s a reason successful people are successful. They’re doing each and every one of these to improve themselves and organize their time. It took me a while to master the art of working smarter (while still working hard!) but once you get into the routine, it becomes second nature. What’s something else you would add to this?

Daymond, your visual distillation of strategic productivity reflects the quintessence of efficiency—indeed, the omission of any of these practices could be the chink in one's armor of success. As a proponent of continuous self-optimization, one might consider the integration of periodic reflection and adjustment periods; to ensure that these methods evolve in tandem with personal and professional growth. This practice safeguards the relevance and efficacy of one's regimen, as the pursuit of excellence is an ever-shifting target demanding perpetual recalibration. Here's what I'd add to the mix: Embrace the art of strategic pauses. It's like when a DJ drops the beat at just the right moment, sending the crowd into a frenzy. Those pauses, those moments of silence, make the beats even more powerful. Similarly, taking intentional breaks, moments of stillness amidst the hustle, can actually boost our creativity, clarity, and effectiveness.

Be intentional with your time. Design your perfect month, week and day. Think about your responsibilities, what time of day are you at your best, what time of day can be reserved for your administrative tasks, what gives you the most energy. Then over time align your activities accordingly. Every day won’t be perfect but if you don’t know what your best looks like, you will struggle with your time being managed for you.

Great foundations! My best productivity always requires me to take brain breaks and get some fresh air, do a little meditation or just allow my mind to wander which helps serve as an energy/brain reboot. Most of my creative ideas/problem solving happen when I am outside, breathing fresh air, experiencing nature, on a yoga mat or running and not when I am in an office setting.

Already doing all this. What else you got? Still feel scattered. My reminders have reminders. No joke. If there is something else I can do to calm the noise of the day and keep me more focused, will do.
