Easy Instant Pot Meatballs:

I love when we have leftovers because I serve theInstant Pot Meatballs over spaghetti. It’s so good and everyone feels like they are eating something entirely different. I love meals I can cook once but eat twice and it is a great way to save time.

We have even frozen the meatballs and they are really good. It’s so nice to be able to pull something out of the freezer in a pinch. Everyone loves this so much that I rarely have leftovers though.

Sometimes, I will make a double batch just so I can serve it another night with spaghetti instead of hoagie rolls.

A good Instant Pot is a must!

I am using an8 quart Instant pot but you can use a 6 quartif you prefer. However, if you plan to make a double batch, the larger size would be better. I use my instant pot all the time and it’s become one of my favorite kitchen appliances.

In the past, I would get busy and forget to take something out of the freezer. Now that I have theinstant pot, dinner can be ready fast.

It only takes a short amount of time to pressure cook this meal but it taste like it was slow cooked all day.The meat is so tender.
