Visit the Chase Lounge (reservations now open)

As with previous years, having a Chase credit card will give you access to the Chase Lounge at the U.S. Open. Reservations are required and are likely to fill up fast. The online reservations system is here.

You can reserve four different time slots, and the reservation system is open already. Expect the lounge to hit capacity, so signing up early is important. Note that there are no reservations for Fan Week; walk-ins only (Aug. 23-28).

The Chase Lounge is open from 10:30 am to 4 pm for day sessions and 6 pm to 8:30 pm for evening sessions. Chase Lounge hours are subject to change when sessions are changed or canceled by the USTA.

Once you check in and enter the lounge, you'll receive a wristband that will allow you to enter, leave and re-enter the lounge. However, visitors should keep in mind this is a capacity-controlled venue, and the wristband alone doesn't guarantee immediate entry. You may need to wait a bit if the lounge is at capacity.

The lounge is right inside the East Gate entrance of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

When making your reservations, you'll need to create an account first. To do this, have either a Chase credit or debit card handy since you'll need information from this card to complete registration.

Note that each person in your lounge reservation will need tickets for the U.S. Open to gain access. Each reservation allows you to bring up to three guests, and you can make a total of four reservations. If your desired time slot isn't available, you can put your name on the waiting list.

Additional Chase perks at the US Open

Aside from the Chase Lounge, there are additional perks available for cardholders at this year's U.S. Open.

Chase Pass benefits

This is a new perk for this year. By showing your Chase debit card or mobile wallet, you can gain access to perks like reserved seating and a complimentary food and beverage voucher.

The voucher offer is limited to the first 100 people to register for each session. You can pick up your Chase Pass at the South Plaza booth, Chase Lounge or Chase Terrace.

Chase Terrace

This is also a new benefit for Chase customers at this year's U.S. Open. Access shaded seating from which you can watch the action, enjoy refreshments and take part in exclusive experiences. You can get in with your Chase Pass or by signing up for one at the Chase Terrace entrance.

Capacity in the terrace is limited and available first come, first served.
