Job SummaryAre you passionate about making a lasting impact on your community? We are currently looking for a high-energy individual with a passion for helping others to join our team as Front Desk/ Membership Services Staff for our East location. The role involves creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to current and prospective members and guests. This position contributes to establishing a positive work environment and requires attention to detail in working with the membership team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with various questions.
  • Assist in new member sign-ups.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
  • 2 years of customer service experience (Preferred).
